Consulting on any and every element of the wedding planning process is available on a per hour basis. We will accompany you as you search for your perfect wedding gown or help with the right dress for your bridesmaid in that perfect shade of color.

Budget Management
Everyone has a budget! This service is designed for the newly engaged or for those couples that want full involvement in the planning their wedding. We will assist you with creating a realistic budget. Whether you and your fiancé are covering all the expenses. Wedding Finance 101 makes the planning process easy and effortless.

Vendor Contract Negotiation and Meetings
Not Sure what to ask during a meeting with a vendor? We will accompany you to as many vendor meetings to discuss contracts, as you need. Our company is well versed in the standard ‘terms and conditions’ and can alert you to potential problems and costly mistakes.
This Service is on a per hour basis plus travel.

Guest Accommodations
We will assist you in locating cost effective lodging for your out of town guest or offer your guest alternatives that fit their budgets. Our guest accommodations service will secure room block proposal from local national chain hotels and local bed and breakfast close to your ceremony and/or reception location.

Guest List Maintenance
Who is going to receive all those RSVP Cards....We will! Upon receipt of your RSVP cards, we will create a master file and let you know who is or isn’t attending, what entree they have selected and give regular reports will be provided, and final “follow up” calls made to any guest who have not responded by specified date
